friendly staff ample parking lovely options few hangers inadequate lighting detached handles
the staff showed such kindness. i found ample parking right on the premises the breakfast had lovely options for everyone. the room even featured a generously sized bath a detail .
finding hangers proved difficult only a few were available. the lighting felt inadequate within the room. some drawer handles detached when opened presenting a minor inconvenience.

dusty room additional charge
i found a few issues . the room i had was quite dusty (i even saw dust bunnies under the bed). additionally, there was an extra charge to use the pool and gym. i found this irritating as it wasn't clear when i booked the room.

staff upgrade soft bed calm atmosphere really good value
the staff upgraded our room unexpectedly, a good surprise and the bed was so soft. locating personnel was simple, and they provided assistance with such grace. there was a very calm atmosphere present throughout the hotel, it reminded me of a peaceful sanctuary. i found the value really good, particularly considering the overall experience.
i observed that the corridor had a slightly musty odor, though thankfully, this smell was not present in my room.

our superior double room featured elegant décor and a comfortable king-size bed. the spacious bathroom included plush towels and high-end toiletries. i did appreciate the quiet, restful environment the room provided.

noisy room service elevator
the room proved quite noisy, located adjacent to the staff service elevator. i was awoken around 6 a.m. on both mornings due to this noise. i think guests should receive notification about the proximity of such rooms.

The staff displayed warm and helpful attitudes throughout my visit. the breakfast buffet included many fresh options. i found the room well-kept and appreciated its cleanliness. requesting rooms near each other worked well. Staff opened the adjoining door within minutes.
the absence of air conditioning in the room was slightly inconvenient.

the staff are helpful. decor in the reception area is nicer after refurbishment. the leisure facilities are a real bonus. i found grounds for dog walks, it makes things immaculate.
the room was a bit tired with chipped furniture.
